These people installed the heating and air in my home and 1 day after my 1 year home warranty was up the air went out; called them and they basically told me ‘oh well you’re outside you’re warranty’. I had to call the foreman for the builder and had them come out and ‘fix it’ and the builders paid for it. The very next summer it went out again and I called a different company out and the tech that serviced it said the line fittings for the Freon were finger tight which probably allowed Freon to leak out. He re-filled the Freon and tightened all the fittings and I’ve not had an issue with the Freon since, even 10 years later.
