We got a total make over. Detection of leaks,plumbing,electrical fixtures repaired,Resurfacing of entire pool. New pool heating system and new motor systems for filtration. And to add a beautiful display of multiple lights show. To include several returns to ensure that all systems are working properly and weekly cleaning maintenance. We hired this company for only a few months after one of our pools kept turning green. Initially, they did get the pool balanced, and their reporting system with photos looks good on paper. Unfortunately, the service quickly went downhill. We repeatedly dealt with cloudy or green pools, and every time there was an excuse—too much rain, too much sun, weather-related reasons, etc. If you own vacation rentals, this company is not a good fit. They do not understand urgency when guests are staying and your business depends on reviews. On multiple occasions, when someone was supposed to come out on an off day, no one showed up. We were not informed and only found out from our guests that the issue was never resolved. Communication is poor—you’re often texting someone who isn’t even servicing t

I dont recommend these guys to anyone. Came by my home to diagnose my pool water heater , between me running to the grocery store they came and left in less then 5 mins. They did not diagnose anything but recommended a new system in the 5 mins being there. Seems like they only have one person taking the calls which is always out of the office and only responds to text messages. Puling teeth jsut to get a quote or even some dialogue on what was wrong with the system. Safe to say I decided to go with someone else who was able to replace the capacitor ( who these folks said was part of the problem) and got my system running. Menahwhile these clowns wanted me to pay for whole new syste, sayig it wasnt worth fixing. Frankly I just think they threw a quote together just to be rid of this serv

First off—let me start by saying, I am not a pool expert. I’m a real estate investor and house flipper who hires professionals for their expertise. It’s honestly a shame I even have to write this review, but my experience with Jorge was nothing short of disappointing. We initially agreed to replace the tile around my pool for $1,000 — and that part was done. However, what I was left with was a rough, jagged, and unfinished edge of exposed concrete (photos attached). When I brought this up, Jorge blamed me for not specifying that I wanted a bullnose finish. Still trying to give him the benefit of the doubt, I met with him again at the house, and we agreed to move forward with the bullnose installation. The team that installed my salt cell system was fantastic! They were fast, professional, and really knew what they were doing. The pricing was very reasonable, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend them!
