Chads Design Build

We hired Chads Design Build to renovate our attic into a usable finished living space. We ended up turning it into a primary bedroom. The size and scope of the project was larger than anything we had ever done. The project required structural engineering, multiple subcontractors and even some sweat equity. From start to finish Chads listened to our needs and wants while giving us suggestions along the way. Anytime we ran into an issue they were quick to resolve it. Chads Design build was an outstanding company to work with. The entire Chads team was knowledgeable, professional and respectful of us, our time and our home. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend them.

We recently had Chads Design Build remodel our kitchen and laundry room. The whole process was great. They listened to our input, offered great suggestions, and made us feel really heard. My husband and I worked with Chad's to replace - and significantly upgrade - our garage. The design team helped us understand our options and then Project Manager Jason coordinated the building of our new dream garage! We couldn't be happier with the result!

We contracted with Chads Design Build to convert a small 1st floor bedroom into a bathroom and laundry to allow us to age in place. The project began with several visits by the design crew, Theresa and Chris, who listened carefully to our needs and desires, provided lots of good suggestions, and ultimately produced a detailed plan showing all our choices, including a 3D rendering of how the finished room would look. The actual construction was guided by lead carpenter Mark Gallo. Mark, in addition to being a very fine craftsman himself, managed the subcontractors’ work on the site. Mark made sure that everyone remembered that they were working in an occupied residence, which we greatly appreciated.
