Chad did a great job installing my bathroom vanity including fitting and installing the faucet. The shut off valves I had bought were the wrong size but Chad picked up what was needed and finished the job next day and his price was right in my budget ! I have recommended to a few friends and a family member. FYI, I did not pay up front as some of the reviews state!

My neighbor had very nice things to say about Chad, apparently he hired him in the past, so I didn't hesitate to contract him to renovate my bathroom. I only work with referrals since I believe it's the best way to find good contractors. I am very pleased with the work Chad performed. He was well within my budget, on schedule, reliable, and very flexible as to my needs. I would recommend Chad and plan to use him again in the near future. Fantastic job!

I hired Chad to do a partial renovation of my bathroom. I am very happy with his work and the results. As with any project, unexpected things come up, but he was able to find alternate ways of solving the problem while staying in my budget. Neat, clean, and very friendly. Its good to have someone I can call when I have work that needs to be done.

One star is me not having the option of no stars. Saw ratings for Chad's service on Google maps and decided to give him some business. I called and left a message and he called back in a little time. Said he was interested in the work and set up a date to come over and look at problem (attic fan placement or repair). Didn't show up for appointment. He called later and said he ran into some problems. So we set up another date for which he again didn't show. Got in touch with him and he said he would for sure be over the next Monday. NO SHOW. Called and left him a message and he never returned call. Wasted all kinds of time waiting for him to do the work. Now we have to start over.
