Chad has done remodeling work for us in different capacities for about the last 10 years. We have had Chad totally remodel 2 bathrooms, install backsplash tile in kitchen after granite countertops were installed, painted kitchen, dining, living room, hall and bedroom. He has walled in an outdoor garage. He and my husband totally remodeled our outdoor kitchen/office. Chad has worked here in kitchen and utility room after water damage. Chad is dependable, trustworthy, conscientious to detail and professional. He has become a friend and part of our family. You will not be disappointed with his work.

Chad is an excellent master carpenter. He does meticulous work and he is very detailed oriented. He will listen to you to see exactly what you want done and then he will get the job done. All of his various work has a beautiful finish. He is very professional, friendly and easy to work with and his prices for doing a job are reasonable.

Chad with Chad's Remodeling replaced all the electric outlets and light switches in our home, repaired damaged drywall, installed a light fixture, repaired closet door, installed thresholds, repaired damaged gazebo, repainted our front door and repaired external plumbing. He was prompt and very courteous. He was very knowledgeable. His price was very reasonable. His work product was excellent. I would definitely hire him and recommend him for future jobs.
