Chadwell Supply

I’ve never had any issues with the Stafford Chadwell location in the past, and I hate that I even have to write this. However, due to my recent experience with Victoria Davis, I will no longer be doing business with Chadwell. She was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Her attitude created a hostile and unnecessary confrontation, and it was clear she had no interest in treating customers with basic courtesy or respect. There’s no excuse for the way she handled the situation. It’s unfortunate that one individual’s behavior has overshadowed what was previously a good working relationship, but companies need to be more thoughtful about who they place in customer-facing roles.

This is really ridiculous. One of your drivers need to understand what a sidewalk is for. The driver is at the Staybridge hotel in Webster, Tx. My spouse is in a wheelchair chair and was not able to utilize the sidewalk as he should have.

Driver didn’t pay attention, then illegally cut everyone off .i bet the owner already knows #18 is a problem , but it’s impossible to find good employees these days
