I never leave reviews, but I just wanted to share my praise for Chaffee Roofing. Everything about my recent experience was 5 star. Peter and his crew value their customers and it showed in every step of our recent storm related situation. I contacted Chaffee Roofing early in the morning and got an almost immediate response. When I explained the nature of my situation, they acknowledged it and I received a call back from the office within a very short timeframe to schedule a crew to come out and deal with my roof issue. Every person that I dealt with along the way was pleasant and professional. There is a reason why this company has been around for years. Just basically good, honest people to deal with.

Chaffee Roofing is the best!! They came today to do some repair work on my leaking commercial roof. The company's customer service, from the first phone call to request service to a follow up email and the techs that came to do the work, are all professionals. Pictures were taken of each step in the process and sent to me when the job was completed. Pricing is very fair too. I would give this company my very highest rating.
