I don't do reviews but enough is enough with companies not standing behind the products they sell especially at the prices today. My husband and I purchased 6 of the 9 foot Arborvitae’s in May to be put in as a privacy fence on the Southside of our property. 1 died and they replaced, then another one died and threw it on the wood pile. Figured ok let this one go but then another one died and the backside of the rest of them are all dying slowly but surely. Called let a long detailed message. No return call. Waited about 2 weeks cause I know its there busy time. Called again and spoke to a lady. No a rude lady with no customer service etiquette. Left my number. The gentlemen who sold me the trees called back and I explained the whole story. Im not a liar and not looking for a free bee peo

Most professional, knowledgeable staff, especially Mike. Office workers were completely polite and professional, would recommend them to everyone. Advice on what fertilizer/soil to purchase plus more than exceptional service and assistance loading a mature shrub into my jeep wrangler was beyond what I expected for the price. Fantastic prices and excellent service makes this nursery, one I highly recommend and encourage everyone to check out. 5+ Stars 🌟

Terrible experience. Took a sample with pictures of the greens needed. They loaded the wrong ones but said they were right and will look different. Said to come back and reselect but they guy quit so not honoring that commitment. Also, one of the greens died shortly after purchase and there is no warranty at all. Terrible customer service.

Very. Friendly and Accommodating staff. Excellent product and fair pricing.

The customer service is terrible. I wanted some help and was told to wait until they were done eating their fast food. They didn’t offer an apology and didn’t care if a customer had to wait. I felt like I was an inconvenience to them. Maybe they treat their plants better than their customers?
