I moved into a home in westminster, i have never had oil before , used chair city as they have maintained this home for the past 30 years . Well , i see why they have used them for so long , my first fill when we moved in september, last night 12/9 i got home and the house was freezing !! i called and Gary came out so quickly , fixed the issue & i went to bed warm !! Thank you so much , appreciate the quick response & great price for repair !! I definitely recommend Chair city !!

Wow, no hot water today and when my son went down to the furnace it was making a weird noise and and so I told him to call Chair City and the on call guy said I can come out but it would cost $190.00 dollars or more. He then told my son to shut it down and restart it and when he did a spark flew and a puff of smoke exited the furnace. What hurts is I just had a tech service the furnace a couple of weeks ago to get ready for the cold and he said I was all set ,after being a loyal customer for over 30 yrs with Chair City. Very very upset with Chair city and now It may be time to make a change So I shut the furnace down and I will have no heat tonight.
