I called to see what the cost would be to fix my censor for my garage door. A woman answered the phone and was very nice and got me scheduled. The technician came out and looked at what needed to be done. The censor box itself was fine but the wires needed to be re-connected and he told me there would be no charge. I got a bill later for $92 for the service call. I called the office today to see why I received the bill and spoke to a man by the name of Jim Rew. He instantly started belittling me and saying the only reason I was calling was so I didn't have to pay the bill. I explained to him that I was not doing that and I was calling to find out why the technician would tell me that there would not be a service call. He talked over me and was very combative and attacked me at every turn.

I had them install a new motor on my machine shed door. They were great and responsive. They came out and gave me and estimate in which I accepted. They installed it the next week. Very reasonable reliable and professional company.

Terrible customer service from the office manager. Their service technician, who was great to work with, although he recommended not buying the garage door operator machine they sell and he suggested we buy a better unit and they would install it. The tech ended up replacing a logic board and he said it might not fix the problem, but it has worked for the most part…it just doesn’t work with our in-car remote. We were billed for two logic boards, which made the cost almost $400. I called and was told it was an accident and it should have been one material (logic board) billed. I paid the bill in full, minus the over charge for the second logic board and then received another bill asking for the remaining balance for the cost of the extra material. A spring on my overhead door broke early Sunday morning of Labor Day Weekend. I called as soon as the Company opened Tuesday morning and a service truck was at my residence within one-half hour. Repairs were completed quickly and efficiently at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company.

I had my garage door replaced last week by these wonderful folks! First, I was nicely surprised that they could get it done in less than a week with the EXACT opener that I wanted! Second, they were here early for the install as well as removing my old door opener! Third, they were super polite and patient with answering all my questions. And last but not least, the garage was SPOTLESS when they left!! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!
