I am a super of a building in Manhattan and have used Champion for several years, until now. I had several boiler issues over the colder months and I kept getting sent people that couldn’t fix the problem or the fix led to another issue. I had to pay thousands for service calls that never fixed my issue. I always did the overhauls etc that I need for a smooth winter and still had multiple issues. They also have a water treatment company that showed up once and were supposed to be monthly. Stay clear of this company is my advice. Terrible.

We project managed the boiler replacement for a self-managed coop that converted from oil to natural gas. The team at Champion is excellent to work with from start to finish. Their project team and dispatchers are great; and their mechanics are highly skilled and genuinely care about their clients’ boilers and heating needs. We look forward to working with them again. This company is great. Extremely dependable and reliable. On a freezing cold day in the middle of the night our boiler went down and they arrived fast and got my boiler up and running. Thank you so much I am very grateful. I been using them ever since and will continue to do so.

It was so cold outside too long of a story bottom line even after I begged them and still they left us to freeze . Very bad experience even though they supposed to be professional
