I parked here yesterday and later found out the AC was on and someone was sitting in and was playing music in my car. Since it’s a Tesla, I was able to see this through the app. The only explanation I can think of is that staff used customers’ cars for their own entertainment.

Had to stay in New York for 12 hours due to an event happening in China Town, and honestly these guys are the best parking around. Good prices, super simple, very kind, and my car came out the way it came in. Will be using again.

I parked in this lot and their crew broke my car. It was agreed to compensate me for the repair fee and the Uber fee for the car repair time, but I have not been compensated until now. From out of town, so maybe this is simply standard NYC practice but be warned that the prices listed at the entrance of the garage are before a hefty tax - the real pricing is listed only at the reception counter after you drive into the garage. Rates are reasonable if you park for an extended period of time, like half a day. Attendants are rather rude and curt (again, just NYC?). One asked when we dropped off the car what time we would be returning. We asked if we could decide later and let them know and he just shook his head while doing another task. All the bad reviews are true. Rude attendants! Prices are different day by day and taxes are hefty and when asked they said its a new rate. Stayed at the fairfield hotel and was told this is where we park. Was told for an SUV was $45/ 24 hrs. They charged ne $57 with the discount. Next day was $50/ 24hrs. My bike hitch rack was ok the night before. The next day thry told me i have to remove it.
