I recently used Champion AC & Plumbing to repair a water heater leak and worked with technician Thomas. He was great - very knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain the issue clearly. Overall, the service experience was smooth. My only concern was the cost. Replacing two flex lines due to leakage was $796, which felt quite high, especially since the existing flex lines were installed a few years ago (still had the tags). I understand there’s more to the work than what meets the eye and while the work was handled well, the pricing seemed steep compared to expectations.

Matej - Matt did a thorough investigation of all the plumbing in & under the home I am purchasing. Matt was great at identifying any potential problems with cameras, and not only documenting them for me, but sending me videos. He was friendly and always happy to answer any questions.
