Champion Garage Doors

Champion installed a new garage door and motor for us last week. They were professional and promptly fit us into their schedule so we were pleased with that. However, on the day of install the tech brought the wrong size door and told us that the old door wasn’t measured the day we got the quote. I guess it could happen to anyone. No big deal. They installed it the next day. Two days later we found that the door would close a few feet and then open again when the remote close button was pushed. However, when I pulled my car back in it closed with the wall button. Then the following day the motor stopped working altogether and I couldn’t go to work because my car was stuck in the garage. DO NOT USE!!!! LOOK ELSEWHERE I just got my garage door installed and not even 45 minutes after the tech leaves my home the garage door is off track and my car is stuck in my garage. Called the number on the card and I’m told I need to reschedule an appointment and the earliest they had is Monday because the tech is finished for the day and he is home. UNEXCEPTABLE!! After, losing my cool they tell me someone will be out in the morning between 9am-12. Ahhhhh no ma’am I will not. She then tells me she can have someone out at 7am tomorrow. I will come back with a follow-up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

We used this company because of the lifetime warranty. Less than a year later the cable came off and the garage totally broke. They refuse to send anybody claiming they no longer service this zip code.
