I had a great experience working with the Jeff my Sales Rep from Champion Windows. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all my options without any pressure. I really appreciated how clearly he walked me through the product details, pricing, and timelines so we could make an informed decision. His customer service was excellent—friendly, prepared, and respectful of our time. If you’re considering new windows or doors, I highly recommend working with them. UPDATE. 10/29 After a hefty deposit back 4 weeks ago im now being informed my date is out into December. Wow big difference from 4 ta 6wks i was quoted. Snow will be flying in. Trying to expedite that so we'll see. EDIT 11/13. When the manager got on it the date was fixed and suddenly ready for next day install. The front facade of our house was beginning to show signs of deterioration. After spend a few months researching and receiving in house presentations we decided to choose Champion to do the job. The estimated time to begin the work was 12 weeks, however, they actually began the process at 4 weeks. It took 2 days to complete the project from the time they began ripping off the existing siding until they were finished installing the new materials. That included a thorough clean up process assuring nothing was left over on site. We are extremely pleased with our decision to use Champion to meet our expectations. We just had an estimate session with Drew. He was polite, knowledgeable, and thorough in his presentation. We learned a lot about windows, and it was a more positive experience than the estimate meetings we had with other window providers. We feel we received the best deal for the money. I like the fact that Champion has a building right here in the Cincinnati area. Setting up the meeting was a simple process without a dozen phone calls and texts. Overall, we're very pleased so far. This is only reviewing the cost & sales pitch of Champion Windows in regard to replacement of 5 windows. If you're in need of a good laugh for some absolute ABSURDITY...welcome! Initial quote: just over $22, 000.00. BUT, I called at just the right time, for the great deal of BUY TWO GET TWO FREE. With that timely miracle, it is now just over $13,000.00 (insert my astonishment and laughter here). If I sign up right now, I can get an additional 10% off. My steadfast reply: "I will not be making any decisions today". So as the sales rep is packing up, he then proceeds to ask if he makes a phone call, if he can get it down to around $9,000.00, would I be willing to sign up today? My reply is the same as before, "I will not be making any decisions today". I had 3 old wood windows replaced in 20
