Champion Replacement Windows of Milwaukee

There were some issues getting my new door installed I informed Champion about the issues and they responded right away. The initial installer crack the door jamb. I called and Erin responded promptly they order a new jamb she even sent someone out to look at the issue and they were very professional and polite I will update this review to 5 stars after they reinstall the jamb and I love my new custom door the before and after photos attached

Champion did some warranty repairs. They replaced the screen on a screen door. Did that correctly. Then replaced a couple of the rollers on the screen door but admittedly left one in that was as the repair guy stated” rusted pretty bad” He told me I should just keep spraying it with silicone. I wasn’t happy with that, plus the screen door is very noisy with the rusted wheel.Then they replaced the lock on the patio door but couldn’t vacuum up the metal shavings from redrilling holes for the new lock. The patio door also isn’t sealed so when a wind hits the door it gets drafty. I bragged about champion windows for 20 years until I needed repair work and realized they really don’t honor their warranty. Our representative Joe G. Was very thorough with his presentation. He explained the differences vs. other window companies and did a good job of demonstrating the Champion glass vs the others. He provided the different price options which helped us with our decision.

The representative (James) was very nice, easy to talk to, listened to what we wanted and didn’t try to talk us into a different window like the other window companies did. He also worked very hard to get the price of our over size sliding glass door down to fit in our budget. Would recommend this company to anyone.
