We were very impressed by both the craftsmanship and quality of Champions windows during our sales visit with David B. He was very thorough, polite and respectful. He took his time and explained a lot of the components and details that go into window construction and installation, while demonstrating their performance at energy efficiency and build quality. I have put replacement windows in other houses over the years and I believe these will be the best ones I have purchased. He also explained how the company makes and supports their own products here in the USA. Their guarantee seems to be superior to others as well. We signed a contract to install sliding glass doors. We made 2 of the 4 installment payments as per the contract. Once the order went to manufacturing, we received a call from our salesman saying that due to a software issue, the price listed in the contract was incorrect and that we owed an additional $2800.00. That was 50% more the orignal price we were quoted. Understanding that mistakes happen, we told our saleman that we would pay an additional $1000. He said he would get back to us. He did not. We called a week later. Bottom line, Champion wanted more than the $1000 we offered and informed us that they didn't have to honor the signed contract. We asked that they cancel the contract and refund our money. We received one installment payment back quickly. We are still waiting for the ot

He was very thorough going over every detail and making sure we understood every thing that separated Champion from competitors and had the samples to see that backed up what he said. He was super friendly and worked with us and our budget. I couldn’t be happier with our experience.
