I had an excellent experience with Champions Services during my recent water heater replacement. Before my unit failed, Rachel reached out to explain their maintenance membership, and her clear guidance made it easy to sign up. When my water heater went out, she returned my call much sooner than expected and worked genuinely and attentively to accommodate my schedule — something I truly appreciate. Mike arrived shortly after to assess the issue. He was kind, knowledgeable, and even took the extra step to verify my warranty status, which had unfortunately expired, but his thoroughness meant a lot. Today, Matt arrived right on time to complete the replacement and did outstanding work. The entire process was handled with professionalism and care from start to finish. I’m very glad I joined

Champion Service was first to respond to my email, and from our first conversation, their office staff was friendly and helpful. They sent Andrew to installed Grab Bars in the master (marble) shower and he did an excellent job. Andrew was knowledgeable of the installation required, worked hard, and very detailed and professional. Andrew did an amazing job! We are very happy with the finished project! Ryan did an excellent job removing and replacing a front entry door and security door. He was very good at everything and worked, clean and thorough on the overall job. I would highly recommend him and the company anytime. The call person and scheduler were also very efficient and helpful. Great job by all.
