Online repair request was very easy to submit. I was contacted next day to schedule the service which was able to be done the very next day. The team was on time and repair was able to be done very quickly so my door was back working again which is greatly appreciated. The only thing I would recommend is that the online repair request form be updates to allow for photos to be uploaded to help with the repair request process. During the scheduling process I was able to send images of the repair needs to Phil via email which helped the team. I highly recommend their services.

We have used Champlain door for several services. They supplied 3 garage doors with lights. We reconfigured after a few years and they came back to uninstall and reinstall the doors for us. They have always been prompt and responsive. Champlain door has also provided some warranty service. They have always met or exceeded our expectations and we would certainly recommend this company.
