From the very beginning Zack and Angela have been absolutely amazing. I told them about my circumstances and how I just bought a house. A fly by night flipping company didn’t disclose a lot of the issues with the house and I was left with a huge mess including the roof leaking. Unfortunately, the flipping company could’ve cared less(they agreed to fix it in the TRR report and never did)but Zack and Angela were out within 30 minutes to tarp the roof so I wouldn’t have to worry about the ceiling leaking and causing even more damage than I already had. Needed a power vent installed on my 14/12 roof and Chance did it same day within a couple hours for a very reasonable price, he also replaced some missing shingles that I was unaware of without charging me more. A+ job, I couldn’t recommend them more.

Jason and his crew were pretty great! The crew had a work ethic that was impressive. They put on a fortified roof (after removing layers of shingles)in a day and half and Jason was on site the entirety. Very impressive. They cleaned up afterwards also. Pleasant experience would highly recommend!

Zach and Angela are AMAZING! They exceeded all expectations. The exterior of our home recieved a makeover. New roof, new gutters, new screens, new ventilation in attic, and new garage doors were managed by Chance Roofing Solutions. They even recommended a painter that did a wonderful job.
