Chandler Cabinets

Chandler Cabinets in Pilot Point made my day! Our home was built almost 14 years ago and I remembered that all of the cabinetry in our then new home was built and installed by Chandler Cabinets. Fast forward to February 24, 2026 and one of the cabinet door hinges failed making it impossible to close the cabinet. It was literally hanging by the upper hinge on the cabinet. My first thought was to try to find a replacement at Lowe's or Home Depot but then I decided to call Chandler Cabinets and ask if they had replacement hinges. A very nice woman named Cassandra answered the phone and I explained the problem. She asked if I could send her a photo of the cabinet hinge so I took a photo of it and sent it to her email. I have to share what a great experience we had with Chandler cabinets. We purchased a new home where Chandler was installing the main kitchen and bathroom cabinets. The quality of workmanship, professionalism of the staff, and the end products are outstanding. We had one item to be addressed and Chandler’s team were prompt and solved the issue. We recently asked them back to add shoe molding and did an outstanding job again. Josh Chandler (owner) checked in to make sure the job met our needs. Very attentive to customer happiness. My builder utilized this company for custom cabinets, and the quality of their work was unfortunately mediocre. The adjustable shelf holes were drilled incorrectly on both sides in numerous cabinets, causing the shelves to wobble. I reported this issue during the blue tape walk, and some shelves were fixed with workaround instead of fixing it right. For most of the affected shelves, the did an unsatisfactory workaround of turning the shelf pin upside down, which is unacceptable on $1.5m homes. The shelves are hanging on 2 or 3 pins instead of 4 pins. Instead of rectifying the issue properly, they attempted to cut corners. In photos, you can observe some cabinets where the gaps on adjustable shelves are excessively large. I can even insert my whole finger. I am now compelled to find another

We asked Chandler Cabinets to build us a mantel that matched our cabinets, and they absolutely nailed it. Their whole team was so easy to work with — the process was smooth, communication was clear, and the final result is truly stunning. The attention to detail was exactly what we were hoping for. A big thank-you to Jerrid, who has been amazing throughout this project. He was responsive, kind, and made everything feel effortless. I’ve had my Cabinets from Chandler for five years. These things are extremely well-made! However, I have not been kind to them and the paint has chipped a wee bit here and there. I stopped in to Chandler today and spoke with Cassandra who she incredibly helpful in getting me solutions to my problem. Everyone at the company with whom I have spoken has been very friendly and has done their utmost to find a solution to whatever I presented to them. Highly recommend them!
