Had new hybrid HVAC system installed by Chandlers. Got multiple quotes from different companies in the local area and Chandlers came in most competitive with quality equipment. Brian, the rep who came out to the house was very professional and helpful. There was no pressure or upselling and he understood our needs and addressed them. The process was smooth and on the day of the install, the team came and could not have been more professional or thorough. Huge shout out to Alex, Nate, Bryan and Andrew. Excellent service from Chandlers Plumbing as always for main shut off valve replacement in condo unit. So glad had professional install it with high grade materials. This is 4th time I called them in various locations in Fairfax county (HVAC install, new water heater, faucet issues, main shut off valve) and always on time and highest standard of service.

Douglas and Sergio did an amazing job replacing our hot water heater that died and had started leaking in our basement. They stayed until 8 pm to get the job done, which we really appreciated as we have young kids and having no hot water was challenging. They could have just said they’d come back the next day, but they worked hard and got everything done. I’ll also mention that Chandler’s quote for the work was $11,000 less than the other bid we got. Had my main water valve replaced on sort of an emergency basis. Joseph from Chandler's came out right on time and did an awesome job. Kept me informed during the process and made sure everything was working properly. Would highly recommend Chandler's.
