So professional! Made an appointment for a Tune-Up and they sent someone the very next day! Chris is the best- he answered all of my MANY questions I had and he patiently explained everything in lamen's terms for me. Bless him! I'll be replacing my poor 30yo system with them shortly- I don't even want to get quoted anywhere else because I'm sold on their hospitality and competence!

The you men came in and were pleasant. They got to work on the task at hand. The task was to fix the leak that was caused my the manufacturing of the drip pan that is designed for my unit. They replaced the colors and drip pan. We discussed the cause. It was stated to be a possible manufacturer defect as the pan is slightly to small for the coils. It is my believe that this is where the leakage and damage to the plywood has occured. I will speak with the manager/owner about that. However, thanks Dustin for a job well done. Hopefully the problem has been resolved.

Evan was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job and provided excellent customer service! He’s also passionate about helping his customers and making sure all of their needs are met. I highly recommend.

Billy Hayman did a great job, worked hard and made sure I was satisfied with the end results. He took the time to explain everything to me and I greatly appreciated it. I would definitely use Channell Heating and Cooling again.(They replaced the Plenums and insulation inside).

The job is not completed yet do to weather. The repairmen were knowledgeable and pleasant and system is working well. Would recommend this company. I called on Friday and they showed up on Monday. Replaced entire central heating and cooling unit
