Was looking to convert 3/4 outdoor waterline to 1/2 pex with an additional purge valve. The staff was exceptionally knowledgeable and took less than minutes to find and piece together with minimal parts.

I walked in with a problem and walked out with the solution in my hand. Two minutes at Chapman after two long and frustrating visits at the big box stores and a friendly but unfruitful search at a local hardware store. A great experience!

The people have always been great help. They know way more then I do and I can just go in explain something and they come out with the right parts/
