I never had to go through a homeowners insurance claim before much less replace a roof, and Gary made sure all my questions were answered, He made sure I understood the process, and just overall made it significantly easier than it would’ve been had I not had Chappell Roofing. The work quality was fantastic, and their services were provided promptly and efficiently.

Wow! Best service experience ever. I called to set a time to look at my roof, and the Project Manager said he would be there within minutes, which he was. He fixed the issues in a timely and professional manner. Plus, he was just a delightful and humorous fellow, which set me at ease. When I have any kind of roofing issues or needs, I will be calling Chappell without hesitation. In the meantime, I will be passing along my experience to others.

After the recent storm, I saw so many roofing signs on the streets around my home. It seemed that every time I admired a roof, Chappell’s sign was in the yard. There was a certain crisp look to it that I couldn’t find anywhere else. I decided I needed that for my roof. Kim came out to my home and before I knew it, supplies arrived in my driveway and the following day these guys went to town. They finished it that day and even came out the following day to make sure they didn’t Miss any of the cleaning. I was so impressed with the result, I can’t stop walking outside to look at it. Dont second guess it, they won’t disappoint you. Kim is a pleasure to work with, she keeps you in the loop the whole way and is very knowledgeable.
