Hi. Marcus came out to fix our flooded basement in a Saturday (of course it had to be a weekend). We live in an old house and have had many pipe issues over the years. He was fantastic! He’s by far the best plumber to come out to help us at our house to date (and we've had several). He took the time to make sure he completely diagnosed and solved our problem thoroughly; and for the first time in a long time, I feel like the problem has been truly solved. And furthermore, he taught me a lot about how the plumbing works on these old houses, and I feel much more confident in how to prevent and manage problems like these in the future. After the pipes on my sump pump disconnected, Don was able to quickly diagnose the problem, talk to me about all solutions—temporary and long-term and fixed it within one hour. Extremely professional! As a parent, I needed this fixed ASAP and was grateful that Charge Construction and Plumbing was working evening hours to meet my needs. I also needed someone trustworthy and knowledgable. I even talked to a few other plumbers afterwards who agreed that Don’s pricing was fair and his technique was top notch!
