I have seen a lot of vehicles parked there when ever I pass by. I know it cost money but i definitely think it is safe to do so. Even if sometimes double parking takes place occasionally in any season, it can happens and it can also not happening , but we can make suggestions instead of taking someone's head off. Good place to me..
