We have used Chares A. Klein for many, many years because their service has been consistently outstanding. Most recently, we wish to commend Carlton, the service provider who came to my home. His friendly, attentive, and professional qualities make him a true asset to the company and to the consumer. He is the best!

Over the summer I had two HVAC systems replaced, and I would highly recommend Charles A. Klein & Sons, Inc. The technicians were very professional and clearly had a lot of experience installing residential systems. The installation went extremely smoothly and the price was excellent considering other quotes that I was given. If you are in the market for new HVAC systems or repairs on existing ones I would highly recommend them.

Poor communication and customer service. They performed a service for a property I manage and I haven't been able to reach them about the incorrect invoice. This is from service done in June! I've left voicemails and sent countless emails. They also will not provide a report. I guess they like to work for free.

Bottom line: they are LIARS AND CHEATERS AND WILL RIP YOU OFF without batting an eye. $200 is what I paid for the initial consultation visit. When I booked this initial appointment, I very clearly stated in the online reservation system DO NOT SEND SOMEONE UNLESS THEY CAN MOVE THE WASHER/DRYER THEMSELVES in order to access the leaking pipe behind these stacked units. Additionally, I called and spoke to someone on the phone to ascertain when someone was going to be able to make it out for this emergency appointment. At that time, I also asked to confirm that the technician or technicians would be able to pull the washer and dryer out from the closet in order to access the leaking pipe, do the repair, and then push the washer dryer back in.
