I've only used Charles Berg for service & repair since I've moved to Gainesville from Clay County. Although I bought a new constructed home, all of the neighbors realized the builder used materials, etc. that were not the best quality, but Charles Berg has kept me cool & warm in the appropriate seasons. I use their twice a year maintenance program and I like each of the service employees who have serviced my system. They take their time and keep me informed throughout the inspection routine and maintenance procedures.

Great company. From the first phone call someone was at my house in less than 30 minutes. Had working AC before the weekend!

We are so happy with the service we received from Kevin and his staff. Not only was this the least “sales” pitched quote out of 5, but also the best deal out of all of them. We replaced 23year old AC, the entire gas furnace in the garage and our water heater. Not only was the TRANE better priced, but also after one month of use, our electric bill went down over $100!!! And this is the hottest it has ever been. County inspector who came out to check the job, also mentioned that the company did a great job with install and following all new code. Thank you so much.

Excellent..from initial phone call to completion of service..maybe 2 hours. Pedro did diagnosis, replaced 2 capacitors, checked everything, and job done. Granted, I only live maybe 5 miles from their shop, so travel time was short, but the lady that took my initial call said she would call me when she had a tech available. Maybe 30..45 minutes she called back. Tip...turn thermostat off, wait a minute, and turn back on. My ac was working before Pedro arrived. But he recommended replacing the 2 capacitors because the old ones (1993) had corrosion. Can't say enough about the courteous, quick, professionalism of this company.
