We have given this company plenty of business over the years. So, when we received a bill for the day after Thanksgiving and were charged an opening fee of $150.00 I was very surprised. When i called the location and questioned why if they were closed would they open the door for our service technician, he asked was i supposed to turn him away to which i said yes? I asked if our technician was told about the fee and he answered he didn't remember. Very poor customer service and plenty of other options for refrigeration supplies in Salina.

I had previously rated this business a one star. I was a little too critical in my review. They had the part I needed and they were willing to sell to a non contractor. They don't accept returns even if you you don't open the packaging.
