I can’t recommend Groff enough! My family has used them for 30 years, but today’s move was not planned- mom had to move from independent living to assisted living I had 10 days! Les gave me an estimate to pack and move and the crew arrived today early! 4 of the greatest guys! All done in under 4.5 hours! Ended up being $1100 under quote!!!! The professionalism, genuine kindness and HELP was incredible! I always recommend Charles E Groff (I’m a Realtor) but today really reminded me AGAIN just how great a company!

So glad we chose Charles E Groff & Sons as our moving company. We never had a professional move in our life and were quite nervous and stressed about it, trusting someone with all your belongings is quite a lot of trust! From the moment of getting an estimate to the arrival of our items to our new home Groff made it a stress free experience. Les who provided the estimate was kind and thorough. He took his time explaining everything about the process and put zero pressure on us. Other moving companies that provided estimates were very pushy and rushed. Then come moving day we had Andy, Rory, and Mark as our movers. These gentlemen were extremely professional and friendly! They took great care of all of our belongings and they had a wonderful attitude the entire time. If we ever have to move

By far the best movers I ever had. Had a complete written estimate, which included storage, with zero hidden fees. They called to remind me of move, provide time window, and then delivery after storage with same. The guys were super professional and so sweet.....and fast!! My realtor from Iron Valley, Russ Addie, said he only uses them! The only item broken...was by me. LOL. From the other reviews, it doesn't look like they need mine....but I had to share.....reasonable prices too!

Ok first the GOOD news: the men were polite and dressed appropriately (appeared groomed). Now the BAD news: The men obviously had no idea how to take apart and reassemble an adjustable bed foundation. For nearly a month and a half I struggled with my bed not working properly. The mattress kept traveling off the foundation by 4-5 inches. So it was hanging over the side. Every night I had to struggle with trying to physically pull my mattress back onto the base. Today I changed my sheets and heard something clang to the floor. There was the stabilizer bar laying under my bed. I watched a YouTube video on assembling an adjustable bed. What an ahh hah moment! I put the base on zero gravity and raised the foot end all the way. And I was able to drop it right back into the two holes in base. So

This company was excellent. From the free estimate to communication before the move and their final inspection. The workers were friendly, cautious and fast. No wasted time Care for our belongings was obvious. Definetly the company to use.
