I hired Carlos to do some outdoor painting on the front of my house in July of 2020. He is a nice, polite guy. Overall, he did a good job on the work. However, the paint on my front door began peeling the same day he painted it. He told me to not shut my door for a few hours; I waited eight. After closing and opening my door once, the paint began to peel off and worsened each time I closed and opened it. I contacted him a few days later and requested that he repaint the front door. After doing some of my own research online, I discovered that the weather-stripping around the door should have been removed until the door had fully cured.
