Leaking shower drain + inoperable/ irreparable drain stopper. Called noon previous day and **Mike** made it out to me the morning after. Replaced old corroded brass overflow and drainage pipe. Had me run the shower multiple times afterward to ensure leak was resolved and new stopper working appropriately. Thanks Mike! Hope any future plumbing appointments I make fall on a Monday or Tuesday!

Sadly I can only give two stars. I simply went in for a consultation on my water, he was huffing and puffing the entire time. Took one look at my water and said I don't think I can help you. Then proceeded to test the water. The whole time with a really bad attitude, kept telling me that he didn't think that he could help me. I'm very disappointed. I had heard such great things about this company then to be treated so badly was a shock. He did call me back two times, because he said he was going to talk to a buddy of his to see if he could even help me. After being treated so poorly I ignored the phone calls. I am happy though because I did find a company that was extremely helpful. Great positive attitude.

So I had a minor leak at the toilet flange dripping into the basement. I called them. We were told they would replace the flange and install a short section of PVC to connect to the 4” copper pipe that existed. Job gets done I go in the basement and 15-16 feet of 4” copper (look up the prices) are gone. All PVC. I let that go. Days later every time I flush the toilet the sink in front of it gurgles. Didn’t think much of it not really a plumber. Then after some months go by it clogged. I went to the basement and put a level on the new pipe. Full bubble level off tilting back towards the toilet. I called to have them correct their installation it took the guy 4-5 hours to clear, as I said, a 15-16 foot pipe. And never fixed the pitch of the pipe to flow towards the main. We needed a washing machine and thry had the one we were looking for in stock. They would have delivered it for us but we had them load it on the truck for us. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

Our experience was great. I called about a used refrigerator, the girl answered and bf we told her we w be up she had the guys bring them to the showroom and plugged them in and Roy helped us the next day and pointed out the things that were not 100 percent and we bought the smaller but most expensive one, it has taken away so much stress trying to jam everything into one fridge, thank you all staff !!!
