Zach and his team are amazing! They have installed various appliances for various clients of mine over the years and they never disappoint! Not only that but when I was having issues with a stove top not fitting he helped me understand why and gave me advise on where to buy it bc the current store had messed up the order 3 times and I was at my wits ends! It wasn’t rocket science, just needed common sense! Now I can purchase what I need with confidence!! They can handle anything you need installed! Amazing company with wonderful, above and beyond customer service!!

I recently had a new dishwasher installed, and I want to share my appreciation for the fantastic service provided by Logan Wylie. From start to finish, Logan was professional, efficient, and thorough. Not only did he do an excellent job with the installation, but he was also friendly and approachable, making the entire experience stress-free. He took the time to answer all of my questions and ensured everything was working perfectly before leaving. It’s rare to find such excellent customer service, and Logan truly went above and beyond. This company comes through. Highly recommend!

My wife and I purchased a dishwasher from Lowe's who then assigned it to Logan. I was given a range of hours to expect a call and have had issues in the past of attempted installations before the quoted time or well after, but Logan called me almost dead middle of the range and told me to expect him shortly. He was able to identify a potential water leak at the city main, which I'll have looked at, and we got water shut off in the house. He was able to get the old unit out and new one swapped in within an hour and was personable but task focused the whole time he was here. Again, maybe it's the shoddy calls out to the house from Cox and the like, but to have a range of time to expect it to start and then finish before that time frame is up? 12/10 in my book. Logan was awesome! We ordered our new dishwasher from Lowe’s, this company removed the old one and installed the new one efficiently and with great communication. Hoping we never have to buy another dishwasher, but we’d definitely have them install it.

We had them contracted through Handy by Lowes. They took our original fan down, weren’t able to put the new fan up and we were promised we would get a call that night or the next day. No call so I called and left a message still no call back a few days later. Reschedule them through Handy by Lowes again and they never showed up. I called and left ANOTHER message and still no response. We finally got someone to install the fan from a separate service and come to find out the person who took down our fan took the wire caps and never replaced them. Not only that, they put the new fan down in a position that bent the housing unit for the lights which made it nearly impossible to put the glass covering on without breaking the unit. We were also told we’d need to pay an extra 40-50 dollars bec
