I highly recommend Nathan and his team for any plumbing needs. I had other company's out to try to figure out my plumbing issue and they could not figure it out. I was so frustrated. Tried to do a shower valve job myself. Got in way over my head. Called Nathan and he sent Ray out right away. Ray was friendly and knowledgeable. His expertise had our water back on quickly. Highly recommend!

Certainly know how to rip off customers! Repair done by Damien & was told paying $97 for a Service Contract would avoid future $79 dispatch service fees. Repair done on Friday at a cost of $658.50. Discovered just after the plumber left that a faucet which had a great water flow before the repair had gone to just a trickle. Upon calling the office late Friday afternoon was on hold for greater than 30 minutes for the answering service. Talked with the office staff Monday morning, explaining the issue. Was told the plumber would be here again on Tuesday morning & there would be no charge. No one showed or called Tuesday morning. At 1:45 pm Tuesday the office called to say the plumber was coming & 30 minutes away. Also said there would be a $79 dispatch fee in addition to the cost to fix the

Nathan and Cody did a fabulous custom installation of my whole house water filter system. Nathan designed the installation to reduce the floor space of the installation, added bypass valves and a hose fitting to simplify filter changes, and added a meter with remote so I can track gallons filtered to know when to replace the 600,000 gallon filter. They did this all in 3 hours and the installation is very neat. Carol, the business manager, did a great job coordinating the estimate, work and keeping me abreast of part shipping delay. Their price was fair and they included an on-line coupon to save me $50. Great experience.
