I manage over 40 rental units, so I’m always looking for reliable, long-term partners for repairs. Unfortunately, this company will not be one of them. They started off strong with same-day availability, but everything went downhill from there. While I was driving on the highway and unable to check messages, they sent multiple texts and then called to say they required the diagnostic fee before the tech could even enter the property. Why they didn’t take a card at the time of booking or request payment then is beyond me. I offered to provide payment over the phone, but was told it had to be done through a texted payment link—unless I wanted to pay an extra $30 for them to manually enter it. They actually told me to pull over and pay or they would leave, stating they had “already been waiti

Called and technician came out with a new part for our broken washing machine to fix the same day. The technician was courteous and had the issue resolved within an hour. Great company for same day service.

Charleston Appliances and Repairs have been professional and kind when fixing my dryer. Communication was clear, and the repairman allowed me to watch as he completed the repairs so I would know how to take the dryer apart in the future. I highly recommend them for any appliance repairs. I plan to use them for any future appliance issues.
