10 years ago Terry did all the electrical work to connect a propane backup system to my electric house. Now, the neighborhood has had a power outage and I discovered the backup kicked in but only half the house was covered. The hvac had no power, which is the one thing I absolutely need in the dead of winter. The landline to C Electric has a full mailbox and no one answers, so I can't leave a message. I do have Terry's cell # but he refuses to respond, even though I know the texts are received. 5 texts, no response. Over the top frustrating and unprofessional. Just say you're swamped and can't take on anymore work!!
