I needed a new shower and the lady that answered the phone said she cannot schedule until they are coming out to my area which is in West Ashley. The lady said after they get a few more appointments in West Ashley they will call me to schedule an appointment to come out I think that is very unprofessional. I understand if you have a tech going to that area on Friday to wait until Friday to schedule for that area but if you don't have anyone going to that area you should go ahead and schedule me you should not have to wait for other customers to schedule in my area it's not like I live out in the middle of nowhere I live in West Ashley

We had a simple project that lingered for months with multiple trips to our home, one delay after another. The staff has zero customer service skills - no responsiveness, just waiting. The glass is beautiful - but too many other options to go through this headache.
