We had a representative come to our house to give an estimate from damage from another company. It was discussed that an option of payment could be from the third party company that did the damage. They were very confident in the job and assured an estimate that night. Two days went by and no response or returned calls. I made one last attempt and left a voicemail asking for an explanation. I received a text not even a phone call saying they were passing on the job due to a third party potentially paying them. Even though it was discussed we could pay them and be reimbursed from the third party. It would have been so easy to communicate they were not comfortable taking the job. In any case no problem they didn’t take the job but the lack of or no communication is so unprofessional.

Michael did a fantastic job making sure he addressed all issues and concerns we had- he took pictures of certain areas of safety concerns for us to submit to Eastwood homes (our builder) for areas that were never properly installed. He helped us make sure that we took the right steps to fix all issues and was incredible with his honesty and integrity. Will definitely use again and refer to anyone looking for great work with honest and fair pricing.

Mike fixed a broken exterior door and deadbolt lock and a hole I had in a piece of drywall. The repairs are seamless and now virtually invisible. He was quite generous about the service, repairing some additional flaws in the front door and giving that and the wall a full coat of new paint. I was also very pleased with his quick, responsive communication prior to and during the job. Highly recommended.

Michael came highly recommended. He did some electrical work and made other safety suggestions and came back another day (after ordering parts) and did those, as well. He was very easy to communicate with and I would not hesitate to call him in the future.

Michael was absolutely fabulous! He went above and beyond to make sure that he took care of all issues he saw, safety being his number one priority, which is huge for a new mom. He not only helped us find the most affordable answer to our electrical and flooring issues, but ensured that we made the best and safest decision when thinking of our family. Would 100% use again and recommend to anyone who needs the guy that makes sure it's done right.
