Charleston Mobile Locksmith

Called them Sunday at 8pm. Got sent to a out of country call center where they asked for my name and FULL address. I already spoke to this person on my previous call to another locksmith. (weird) They said a technician would call me back soon. That never happened.

Worst experience that I have received. When I first called the number to set up an appointment service, they told me that the technician would call me to give an estimate of cost. The technician showed up without telling me his price. He first tried to open the door by picking the lock. He couldn’t open the door then proceeded to open it through force. It resulted in damages to my door, insulation strip, and the lock. I asked him this is okay and he said that it’s fine. He then charged me $200 for all of this. If they would have told me the price upfront, I would have not proceeded to have it done with this business

Spoke with Adrian to install a smart lock/deadbolt on my new home. It required lots of attention to detail and steps that I couldn’t get an understanding of. The tech that came to my home was very professional & patiently explained how to use the smart functions. Highly recommended!

On scene within 15 minutes of calling, professionally identified the malfunction of the lock and cleared it within a half hour of calling. Excellent service at a better rate than competing locksmiths in the area. Would absolutely use again.

Best ducking locksmith I have ever used in my life. They showed up when they were supposed to and didn't break the bank once they were done. It's not often you may need a locksmith but when you do you need these guys. Me happy!!!!
