Martin actually went to the warehouse to "put his eyes on it"! What an admirable trait in such a computer based only trained customer service reps I deal with every day. It's a lot outta my way, but I'm still making the trip because he made the effort. Thank you

Headed in as Hurricane Helene was passin’ through. Needed a good plunger. Extremely friendly staff were super helpful, tidy store, and they went back to see what they had by way of residential plungers. Guy came back and said “here you go, this one’s on us.” These people are not only a well run supply store, but friendly, community-oriented professionals. Love the positivity, thank you guys!

I'm am so blown away at the kindness and generosity of these wonderful human beings!!! My tub handle broke off and destroyed my morning and somehow these guys were able to get me what I needed to repair and replace it AND simultaneously get me to smile and calm down. What a team!!! I am a huge fan of this place and these employees. Well done!
