Charlie's Appliance - what over the top customer service! Needed to have a front loader washing machine replaced. They ordered the gasket and scheduled installation. The price was very fair - at least $100 less than another privately owned small appliance repair business quoted. Jonah was the technician assigned to install the gasket. I appreciated the time he took to ensure there weren't any leaks by running the washer through a rinse cycle....Thank you

Well, my refrigerator is almost 10 years old, so of course it breaks down! (I think these companies have it timed out when they will stop working!) I called Charlie's to have them come out and look at it. A very nice gentleman named Jonah came out and determined it needed a new fan. The part came in earlier than expected and Jonah repaired it quickly. Great customer service! Happy to support local businesses.

I called Charlie's Appliance to see if they could help me with my refrigerator that was intermittently not working. They were able to fit me in the same day of the call.The tech Jonah arrived within expected time and did a complete inspection. Unfortunately the compressor was not worth repairing and it was better to replace the unit. I am grateful for Jonah's skills and honesty. I highly recommend Charlie's and if you are lucky you will get the tech Jonah who knows everything about refrigerators.

Jonah is just so amazing!! He diagnosed the issue with my dryer. Explains everything, gets down to work & cleans up. Very personable young man. Enjoyed having him in our house. He loved our black lab Lilly. She gave him many kisses!! Lilly’s rating is 10 stars!!

I have used Charlie’s Appliance repair for the 1st time in Jan 2024. My dryer door switch broke and needed replacement. I was able to get same day service and no need to go to the laundromat. I just arrived and had some ice maker issues. I called and again was given a prompt appointment for the next day. The issue corrected itself and cancelled the appointment. I would recommend Charlie’s Appliance Repair to anyone in need of an old fashioned work ethic. I wish my appliance repair experience was this simple in Long Island, NY. Great Job Charlie and Staff!
