never call this company, very unprofessional be careful! I brought my bobcat in for a broken chain and they made me buy another 30 extra parts that were perfectly in shape and used them to fix othor tractors they made me pay a rediculous amount just the labor was 4500 and they kept my bobcat for a month they have a shop repair at 1022 spouth magnolia ave, ontario ca this is an illegal shop!! they have no license or certificate at all , after i payed with cash and ONLY CASH they kicked me out and tried to steal my bobcat i had to call the cops in order to get my bobcat out of there super unproffesional i am extremly dissapointed with their service!!!!

Brand new Ryan Home- driveways just poured in this community- Work is messy & rushed. My water drain cap was missing, as they never replaced it, which meant I had a hole in my driveway. Then I look down into it and it is filled with asphalt. Owner's wife said he would be out to clean it out and said he did. Water company came out to inspect and said it was a mess. They took several hours to drill to get the asphalt out and also had to replace the cap. They needed to then turn off my water to listen for the flow, afraid that the asphalt company did damage. This is a mess! If it were up to me, I would have never chosen such a company. But, when you buy a new built home, you don't get to make those types of decisions. Do better, Ryan Homes! This is NOT the company to go with.

We had our driveway paved and we couldn't be happier. Their crew was professional & courteous, and the quality of work is impeccable. We have already recommended to friends & neighbors. Great quality company!

Don't use this cruddy contractor, was hired in our community after another one was unavailable for weeks but this company had instant availability. Makes one question he's probably available right away because no one wanted to hire him hence he was available. Prices are a ripoff, he'll find everything that's wrong to jack up the estimate. Another neighbor's driveway was done by Charlie and they messed up the grading so water was not flowing properly when raining. Neighbor said it was a hassle to get him to get people back out here, then when they came, the people only did the bare minimum and the neighbor had to call again. Horrible attitude, acts like he's doing you a favor and tries to talk like a big guy. Others in the community have said the same thing, avoid. Gave an outrageous quot
