Charlie's Drain Cleaning Llc

We had a draining issue with our two toilets and bathtub. Charlie and his son came over and cleaned the main sewer line. We paid $500 for the service. But a few days later, the issue persisted. We called Charlie to tell him about it. He said he will get back to us. Despite many times attempting to reach him, he deliberately ignored us. We found out soon after that our neighbor also used him and had the same problem. When their plumbing issue was not resolved, Charlie never got back to them. We strongly recommend not using him for your plumbing needs.

Kitchen sink was gurgling and I usually can force the water down by turning on garbage disposal, but today the water would go down and then burps back up. Eventually it totally would not budge. Checked P trap and it was clear. Charlie’s Drain Cleaning staff came fast and was very pleasant (young man 20’s). It took 2 hours and many tries rotor the very tough grease clot. He quoted $250 and even with the tough clot the price did not change. Great service. I would use again. Customer from Cherryhill NJ.

He gave me a quote on the phone. He came when he said he would and charged what he quoted. He did a fast and efficient job. I had a clogged garbage disposal and it was surprisingly hard to find someone to come to the house. Charlie delivered the goods. I recommend him highly. He had his helper with him (his son I believe) and they were both friendly, efficient and knew what they were doing. I'm not sure what these negative reviews are about (one of them is just a bad poem) I had a good experience.

I don't know where these bad reviews are coming from. Charlie was nothing but polite and respectful to me, my husband and our dog. He was able to resolve our issue in a timely manner and at what I consider a very reasonable price. I'd recommend Charlie to anyone who needs a plumber.

Wonderful customer service, came time and date he was scheduled and charged exactly what he told us, no hidden charges! Was very professional and made me feel comfortable having both Charlie and Jeffrey in the house whether we where home or not. They don't make them like Charlie anymore both owner and mechanic, who you can tell has been doing this since before i was alive! Thanks again guys and i would highly reccomend anyday over the larger companies where your just part of the bottom line!
