Burning down the house! They don't give the quality of work they used to. I've used them for years and was happy, but not anymore. I learned my lesson recently. In 2023, they installed a new propane water heater in my laundry room. I questioned the tech why he used a plastic drain pan under my water heater. He said that's all he had in his truck, and it was OK to use. I was concerned about the pilot light right next to the plastic pan. He told me not to worry and that there's no need to call the shop because they'd say the same thing. His welding quality was poor. I called Charlie's and was told to immediately turn the gas off. They would need to pull the water heater out and put the correct pan underneath, as it was very dangerous. The new tech said all the welds needed to be redone as we

Charlie’s Plumbing was referred to us by a family friend. I called them at 8:30 on Monday morning. We had a leak on a hose bib and also on the water main to our home. The hose bib was leaking into our wall. The call taker said she will do everything she could to move some calls around so she could get someone out to our house ASAP because of the leak. Ron called a few hours later and said he could be at our house in 11 minutes. He arrived 10 minutes later and a little more than an hour later everything was completed. Ron did an outstanding job. We would highly recommend Charlie’s Plumbing. They were efficient, fairly priced and did an amazing job. We will definitely use them again.

Tom is the man. We had quite the challenge at our restaurant on a Saturday and he showed up very quick and diagnosed and fixed the problem like a true professional. Thank you Charlie's for picking up the phone when nobody else did. Saved the day.
