Awesome company right from my first call with the receptionist ( Amber??) and Ryan who came to our house. He installed a new toilet also replaced our kitchen sink and faucet. He removed the old sink, the garage disposal and reconfigured the under sink plumbing. He was great. Prompt, friendly, extremely neat and did amazing work. He kept us updated along the way, welcomed questions and showed us how to shut the water off to the house. Everyone should know this in case of emergency. Thanks Charlie's Plumbing!!! Oh also the price was fair and reasonable

Our major kitchen renovation required a number of adaptations to our plumbing, to wit: Relocating a water heater and placing it on the opposite side of the kitchen in the newly-constructed utility room; digging a channel through the concrete floor in order to install a new water line to reach the washer which would be placed beside the water heater; pouring new concrete atop the new channel to conceal the pipe; and re-plumbing the entire kitchen to accommodate the new dishwasher, sink, and garbage disposal. Greg visited several times prior to the start of the project, offered suggestions that reduced expenses and speeded up the process, and when we had a few glitches with one crew, he stayed calm (even better, he calmed us down) and sent another team in to correct the flaw. Needed bathtub faucet repair. Was not an emergency so made a next day appointment. Daniel (plumber) arrived at the scheduled time as promised. He repaired the problem, was very pleasant and the cost was much less than I expected. Don't be afraid to call them if you have a plumbing issue. I know I won't hesitate to use them again if needed. (For the record, I don't post reviews often.)

I highly recommend Charlie's Plumbing. Josh, the technician, was on-time, polite, professional and answered all of my questions. He found the issue, quickly repaired it and ensured everything was working before he left. I will definitely trust this business for any future plumbing repairs!

Our technician Nick, came out TWICE on a holiday weekend. He spent 2 hours at 9 am on a Saturday, and then the precious problems caused it to back up again and he came out in the dark and climbed on the roof to snake the clog. Incredible guy, really didn't want to leave until he made sure the problem wouldn't come back. We really appreciate the quick and effective service 🙌
