Charlie's Tropic

My husband and I use Charlie's Tropic for our HVAC system. We have an annual contract with them and they inspect our unit two times a year. This week Jasen with Charlie's did our inspection. Jasen was very friendly and polite. He explained his inspection and answered our questions. We have always been very satisfied with the services from Charlie's and highly recommend them.

Kyle with Weather Engineers was by far the best, nicest, and most knowledgeable HVAC expert we have had yet. Before Weather Engineers acquired Charlie’s Tropic, we used Charlie for 2 big jobs - both of which were extremely ineptly done. Since the Weather Engineers acquisition, they have done everything and more to correct all of the mistakes Charlie made. I’m grateful to have an HVAC company I can trust.

Eric just serviced my AC unit for the 2nd time. He comes every 6 months and I couldn't be happier. He does a VERY thorough job and is such a nice guy too! He cleans all of the inside and outside lines, opens up the exterior unit and cleans out all of the debris, changes out my filters and takes time to visit with my Golden! (she loves him!). Great company and I highly recommend them and their annual maintenance plans. VERY reasonably priced.

Eric was very professional and knowledgeable about heating and air. While doing our maintenance appointment he recommended a better brand air filter. Fast reliable service and efficient.

Jeremy, our service person, was friendly, efficient and thorough. He replaced a condenser on our a/ c unit and installed a new thermostat in the house. I've had an annual service contract for years and have always been satisfied with their service.
