Called after hours on Monday night that my ac unit has stopped working. Hutch was very helpful and responsive. Said he would be out first thing the next day and was there by 8:30. Was able to get the unit up and working with nice cold air. Received a text message the next day which was Wednesday checking up to make sure we still had air. Will definitely use him in the future and let friends know to call. Thank You

Hutch is a good person ... very professional. Repaired an HVAC unit for me. Once I was able to book him (sounded like he stays busy) he brought all the parts, tools, and was done in 20 minutes.

Came the same day that we called to work on our AC units. Got it running and also explained ways we could make our home more efficient. Very polite and professional. Will do business with them again when needed!

Hutch is the best. I had a tune-up performed by Brothers Air and while they were out here the guy gave me an invoice for $1596 to replace 3 "phase shifters" and add 2 "safety trap lines". Well, having hired Hutch for work in the past I knew if I got a second opinion from him that he'd steer me straight. He came out the same day and looked at everything mentioned by Brothers. He found that two capacitors ("phase shifters") were going out but the third was just fine. He also explained why I didn't need the additional safety drain. Total bill for parts and labor from JB & E came out to $200.62.

My experience with this family owned company has been nothing less than amazing! They are honest, dedicated and always straight with you. Won't ever give you the run around and helps you as much as he can.
