Excellent service front to back. Robin was kind and gracious about booking the appointment. Martin showed up on time, had his plastic shoe covers and went to work. He explained everything and even marked the units so we would know which is which.

She is very accommodating when scheduling appointments for our HVAC system seasonal maintenance. All the servicemen we've had over the years have been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They're also friendly and pleasant. Martin has been our guy for the past year or so. He is very conscientious and knowledgeable about his work anda pleasure to talk with. All I ask from an HVAC installation company is: Don’t sell me, understand what I need and advise me, be on time, provide quality people who care and do respectful quality work, and be available to adapt during the process. Levi and his team performed nothing short of excellent throughout the process. The James and his installation team were outstanding! I had some issues with both the inspectors and the gas company and Levi, each and every time, answered his phone and responded as if it were his home. Thank you!

After a miserable, cold weekend with no heat, I called Robin at Charlotte Comfort and said I needed help. She had Hugo out the same day. Unfortunately, Charlotte Comfort did not have the parts necessary to fix my system. At first, we were told it might be several days before getting heat. Later, Robin told my wife she would get the parts overnight. We had heat the next day. You can pay more for HVAC service (think Morris-Jenkins or anybody advertising on TV) but I don't think you'll get better service. I didn't go 5 stars simply because we had to wait for parts, and the price felt a bit on the high side. Still, a very good outcome. Sharing our experience with Charlotte Comfort Systems to hopefully save others from wasting time, money, and frustration. We had our HVAC installed by them nearly 10 years ago. They have been the only ones to service it since then. When it stopped working recently (no heat), they came out 3 times within a week, saying it was fixed - yet it kept failing. On the third visit they charged us $600 plus a site visit fee to replace a thermostat wire that they said would solve the problem, cutting a 2ft by 2ft hole in the wall in the process. We then called another vendor for a second opinion because after replacing the thermostat wire, our house wouldn’t get below 85. The second vendor quickly identified the problem (a missing part and loose wires) and fixed it for a very reasonable fee. Wh
