I lost my truck keys and called Charlotte county safe and lock, Anthony answered the phone instantly and was in route within the hour. I got my key replaced quickly and customer service was top notch. If you need a professional well priced locksmith he is your guy.

Came to office on Monday no one at office. They called and hour later. Its a long story and 4 visits to the shop and still don't have what we need. Very poor service!

It was almost a miracle that my unusual key with a bending pivot could be re-keyed. I am in Florida and my storage unit is in Tennessee. Because of an issue at the storage unit, they needed to get into the storage unit. I did not want to send my original key with a pivot. So George made a key. He spent a lot of time figuring out what would be the best template. I mailed the key off to Tennessee and it worked. I would say that George has a very strong and creative work ethic and he wants to do his best for his customers. If others can't do it, I believe that George can.
